25 cents a question about Jeep

Paul lives right beside highway 268, right in downtown
Ferguson, so he has to put up with a lot of traffic, and
sometimes that traffic stops and he has visitors. I pass his
place as I go home to Leatherwood every day, and one day I
noticed he had put up a sign that said, "NOTICE, 25 cents a
question about Jeep."
I stopped at Eller’s Store to get gas and who should be
there but the "mayor" of Ferguson, Randy Grose. I asked
Randy about the sign, and he said "Yeah, I saw that sign,
and I gave Paul 50 cents so I could ask him a couple of
questions."
"So, what did he say about it?" says I.
"You’ll have to go give him 50 cents and find out," says
Randy.
So, the next day as I was coming home, I stopped to see
Paul. He said "I had an old Jeep sitting out there and
everybody that came by stopped and asked ‘Where’d you get
it? What did you pay for it? Who’d you get it from? Does it
run good? What would you take for it?’ "I got tired of
answering all those questions, so I put up the sign!"
